We will remove ceramics and stones using AI (deep learning) and color sorting. Glass color sorting is also possible simultaneously. The recovery rate of good products is just under 100%.
AI image processing (deep learning) has been adopted for the glass recycling sorter. Initially, only high-quality glass is trained, and the AI extracts colored glass and identifies ceramics and stones through color sorting. Glass is allowed to free-fall from the feeder, and recognition of glass and ceramics is achieved through LED lighting transmission. There are 67 air guns, the feeder width is 1000mm, and the processing capacity is 3 tons per hour. The color sorting function can extract everything except transparent glass.

We mainly use KEYENCE, HALCON, and HALCON DL for image processing. We also support other image processing solutions, including MERLIC. 2. For PLCs, we primarily use KEYENCE and Mitsubishi Electric products (we also handle other manufacturers' PLCs). 3. We use robots from DENSO WAVE, Mitsubishi Electric, FANUC, and Yamaha Motor. 4. For cameras, we use color/monochrome area cameras and line scan cameras, including Basler cameras, JAI UV cameras, JAI prism spectroscopic cameras, and KEYENCE cameras.
