T-SPARK is an eco-machine that provides high-quality preventive maintenance and restoration, contributing to the realization of a carbon-neutral society. T-SPARK discharges a direct current charged in the main condenser for a very short time at a constant cycle. By reversing the polarity of the EDM, the electrode material itself becomes the welding material, discharging and heating at the contact point with the workpiece (electrode gap generation area = 2μm), alloying while forming a strong diffusion layer on the workpiece surface and depositing. **Features of T-SPARK** - **Low Heat Input**: Due to low heat input, there are no adverse thermal effects (distortion, shrinkage, hardness changes, etc.) on the workpiece. - **High Adhesion**: The alloying of the electrode material and the base material (formation of a diffusion layer) achieves high adhesion. - **High-Function Coating**: The functionality of the coating is dramatically improved as a large amount of electrode rod components remain in the coating layer. - **Portable**: The device is portable and can be easily transported anywhere indoors or outdoors, making it ideal for on-site work. - **Improved Surface Roughness**: The hybrid coating of discharge and laser improves surface roughness and expands the range of applications.
