EXL supports continuous operation at 80°C. RO membranes, NF membranes, and UF membranes are available, with sizes ranging from 2.5 to 8 inches. ◎ Heat-resistant membrane "HSRO・XUS Series (DuPont)" The HSRO series can accommodate hot water sterilization and minimizes water retention in pressure vessels. The XUS series can operate at high temperatures of 70°C. ◎ Stainless steel pressure vessels (SUEZ) Surface finishes can be selected from buff polishing, resin coating, and electropolishing. They are available in heat-resistant and sanitary specifications. ◎ Couplings (PASS) Materials range from SUS304 to super duplex stainless steel equivalents. It can operate at a maximum temperature of 60°C. ◎ Stainless steel pressure vessel (Alfa Laval Co.) Capable of operating at high temperatures up to 80°C. All materials comply with FDA regulations. Designed for full-fit membranes, it reduces retention inside. ◎ Spiral membrane testing device "NF1812 Compact Pilot System (Synder Co.)" Testing can be conducted in an environment close to actual equipment. Requires a small sample volume, allowing for small-scale testing. ◎ Flat membrane testing device "SEPA CFII (SUEZ Co.)" Compact and easy to operate. Testing can be conducted with a small amount of feed solution. ◎ Flat membrane testing device "LabStak M20 (Alfa Laval Co.)" Can set many membranes at once, enabling a reduction in testing time.
