We will introduce a case study on solving issues related to printed circuit board assembly using the "Metal Mask Inspection Machine." The challenge was the "acceptance confirmation during new creation," where we were unable to verify the presence or absence of openings and positional deviations by comparing the Gerber data during the new creation of the metal mask, nor could we measure the initial tension. Therefore, we introduced the "Metal Mask Inspection Machine." We resolved the issue by utilizing the Gerber data comparison function of the Metal Mask Inspection Machine.
