■Company Introduction Our company has been engaged in trial and error for many years to address one of the challenges in manufacturing: "deburring after drilling." We have finally succeeded in developing a mysterious drill that produces no burrs, called "Zero Burr." The Zero Burr is not just a tool for making holes; it is a carbide drill that can finish holes with high precision, free of burrs, and with true roundness and straightness. <Features of the Zero Burr Drill> ■ No burrs ■ No centering required ■ Can drill curved and angled holes in one shot ■ Hole accuracy H6~H7 ■ Surface roughness equivalent to spiral reamers ■ One-shot processing from centering to reamer finishing is possible ■ All series can be re-sharpened, etc... The number of steps in the drilling process is reduced, leading to cost reduction and increased productivity.
