The high-performance drill 'RT 100 XF' enables high feed rates and achieves reduced cycle times by optimizing all elements of the drill. It uses a specially developed carbide material for the RT 100 XF, which suppresses chipping, a factor that accelerates tool wear. The adoption of ultra-multilayer nanoFire coating and special treatments on both ends enhances adhesion to the carbide substrate. The double margin design with corner chamfers ensures high concentricity, straightness, and hole tolerances. The surface polishing process reduces heat transfer to the workpiece and provides excellent chip evacuation.
