High-frequency welding is a technique that generates heat from within the resin to weld (bond) the resins together. By applying a certain pressure to two sheets held in a mold while adding high-frequency energy, the resin is melted and joined together. Compared to methods that apply hot air or hot tools from the outside, high-frequency welding results in fewer wrinkles and creates a very beautiful welding surface. Additionally, because it can weld a large area uniformly, it achieves a stronger welding strength compared to ultrasonic welding. Main welding achievements (resin films): Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), polyethylene terephthalate (PETG), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). *Free welding tests are available.
