From May to February of the following year, we have been accepting students from a technical high school in the Hitachi area through a dual system, where second-year students in the mechanical department are participating in experiential learning within companies. Our company focuses on providing on-site experience as the main purpose of the training, creating and guiding a curriculum that allows students to experience the working environment, the atmosphere of the company, and hands-on activities that spark interest in manufacturing.
