This is a bag filter made with melt-blown polypropylene fibers that have the ability to adsorb oil components. It removes the oil components present in the food itself and prevents product deterioration.
The oil that is dissolved in an emulsion state in the liquid is removed by adsorbing it with a bag filter made of melt-blown polypropylene fibers with oil adsorption capability. Food itself inherently contains oil, and this oil is extracted along with the components during the extraction process. However, if that oil deteriorates, it can degrade the taste and other qualities of the product. Therefore, it is necessary to remove it during production. Since it is a bag filter, it can be installed on the production line and used while filtering the product, allowing it to serve dual purposes with one unit. If there are no oil components, a standard filter can also be used.
