Due to its short flow path, cleaning the internal piping is very easy, and there is minimal loss of residual solution, making it an ideal model for small-batch, diverse production. - If there is a concern about slight odors from the solution after filling (such as fragrances), there is a sanitary version available (stainless steel with hygienic fittings). - Although it is a compact filling machine, it operates on a weight-based filling system. It continuously measures the weight during filling, ensuring that the filling amount is accurate, reliable, and safe. - In the case of the electric servo model, there is no need for a noisy compressor, allowing for filling anywhere, even in the corner of an office. It operates with a single household outlet. - By exchanging the filling nozzle and the fixture for securing containers, it can fill various containers ranging from approximately 100ml to about 4L (it can fill up to 10kg if the container can be set). - It can accommodate containers from 100ml to about 4L. It can fill a 100ml container in about 5 seconds, a 500ml container in about 7 seconds, a 2L container in 8 seconds, and a 4L container in about 8 seconds (for the vortex pump model), achieving high precision. - Products with larger filling capacities can also be manufactured.
