Since it uses a diaphragm pump with high self-priming capability, it is effective for drawing liquid from floor-mounted tanks and filling highly viscous solutions.
- It is a simple filling machine with a non-elevating nozzle. - Equipped with a highly self-priming diaphragm pump, it can efficiently draw liquid even if air enters the hose by methods such as throwing the hose into a floor-mounted tank from above. It is also capable of filling high-viscosity liquids, such as honey, with a viscosity of up to about 10,000 mPa·s. - It features a pulsation removal device and the latest automatic control system for air pressure and water pressure, allowing for high-precision flow rate control in six stages, despite being an air-driven high-output diaphragm pump. This control mechanism enables high-speed and high-precision automatic filling. - The height of the filling nozzle can be easily adjusted manually, allowing for filling various containers. - It has a built-in strainer.
