It is possible to fill 2000 to 3000 BIB containers (10L and 20L) per day with high speed and high precision. The switch between 10L and 20L containers is fully automatic and takes 10 seconds.
- It is a high-speed, high-precision filling machine with three filling nozzles. - It is designed to fill 2,000 to 3,000 BIB containers per day. It can fill more than 6 units of 10L BIB containers and more than 5 units of 20L BIB containers per minute. - The switching of fixtures between 10L and 20L containers is automatic. The actuator drives the fixture to move in about 5 seconds, and then it self-diagnoses whether it has moved correctly. This saves significant time and effort when frequently switching containers. - The latest multi-stage filling speed control and filling volume correction mechanism achieve both high filling speed and filling accuracy. - It is equipped with an automatic self-diagnosis function and filling history analysis function. The filling operator can easily check and confirm the daily status of the equipment while performing filling operations. - With a large LCD and a visually intuitive operation screen, even operators who are not familiar with the equipment can easily operate it. - The filling unit in the device can be washed thoroughly with water using a hose. Regular cleaning helps maintain the equipment in a hygienic condition.
