It is a large filling machine with a capacity of 1 ton. Equipped with two roller conveyors, it allows for efficient filling operations using a forklift.
- This is a filling machine for IBC containers with a capacity of 1 ton. - It is a simple filling machine where the filling nozzle does not move up and down. The newly developed filling nozzle unit is set manually onto the container. By using this unit, we have significantly reduced the dripping and splashing of liquid from hoses that used to dirty the area around the filling port and the workers. - Equipped with two large conveyors, it allows for efficient filling operations at a pace of about 4 minutes per IBC container using a forklift. - The latest filling volume correction system enables high-speed and high-precision filling. - An overflow sensor that detects electrical conductivity and water level is installed at the tip of the filling nozzle, ensuring safe and secure filling operations. - An intake duct for the removal of corrosive and mildly toxic gases can also be installed. - We can also manufacture filling machines for various other large containers.
