It allows for the setting of frequency and output power, as well as reading the oscillation state, which can be utilized for preventive maintenance. ■Optimal and stable cleaning By using a digital control method for automatic frequency tracking and constant power output, ultrasonic oscillation is achieved with optimal frequency and stable constant output in response to various load fluctuations such as liquid depth, liquid temperature, liquid type, reduced pressure, and workpieces. ■Four oscillation modes to accommodate a wide range of dirt and workpieces 1. Proximity dual-frequency switching oscillation: Suitable for cleaning inside thin tubes and through-hole substrates due to the pumping action. 2. FM oscillation: Reduces damage to workpieces as the cavitation generation position changes. 3. Single-frequency oscillation: Suitable for cleaning stubborn dirt. 4. Pulse oscillation: Effective for gentle cleaning and promoting degassing. ■Improved maintainability When replacing the same specification transducer unit, no adjustment of the oscillator is required. In the event of an oscillator malfunction, ultrasonic oscillation is safely stopped, and the cause of the malfunction is diagnosed, with six types of abnormalities identified and displayed through the lighting pattern of the front panel lamp.
