basic information
The SyncroPatch 384 is a groundbreaking automated patch clamp system that integrates a patch clamp module with the state-of-the-art automated pipetting system Biomek i5. It enables simultaneous measurement of 384 cells, achieving a throughput of 20,000 data points per day. Its user-friendliness and open design support complete automation and integration into high-throughput screening (HTS). By utilizing the 32-well mode, it can cater to various throughput needs, not only for high-throughput screening but also for small-scale screening projects and academic research, maximizing the cost benefits of the NPC-384 chip. Users can select the number of wells required for experiments in units of 32 and use the remaining wells over several days. Additionally, by fully automating the program, experiments lasting about 8 hours can be conducted unattended. With its exceptional data quality and flexibility, the SyncroPatch 384 is adopted by global pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and academic institutions.
