Square shim for molds by wire cutting
This is a square shim for molds. The central part of the shim has been processed with a hole, and the outer edge vertices are cut at an angle. In the photo, seven shims of different thicknesses are lined up, and after stacking two of each thickness, a total of 14 shims were wire-cut. Since the customer requested shims of different thicknesses, we simultaneously produced shims of seven thicknesses: 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mm.
