[Case Study] Creation of Instruction Manual

We would like to introduce a case study on the creation of a manual for the implementation of a WEB internal newsletter system. The WEB internal newsletter system required the person in charge at the implementation site to perform various settings. Therefore, it became necessary to create a detailed implementation manual, and we were asked to produce it. Our company provided a tutorial-style manual that allows users to complete the settings without confusion by following the steps in order from the beginning. While actually testing the system, we assisted in identifying settings that were likely to be difficult for the responsible persons at each company, even before we began writing the manual.
