【Options Details】 <Two-Stage Signal Tower (PATLITE)> ■ Visually indicates the status of the cleaning machine during standby or emergency stop. <Front Door Cylinder Cover> ■ A cover is applied to the cylinder that moves the front door, reducing the possibility of pinching fingers or clothing for safer use. <While Switch (Omron)> ■ An additional start switch is provided separately from the standard start switch (push button type). <Area Sensor (Keyence)> ■ Monitors the work entry point with a safety light curtain. <Differential Pressure Gauge (Nagano Keiki)> ■ Monitors the differential pressure of the pump and displays a warning on the touch panel when the pressure stops. <Parallel Switching Filter> ■ By arranging two filters in parallel, filter replacement can be performed even while in operation. <Movable Nozzle Simple Height Adjustment> ■ Allows for height adjustment of the air nozzle blowing down from above. <Brake Mechanism> ■ Applies brakes to the workpiece that continues to rotate due to inertia after the drying process, resulting in improved production efficiency and enhanced safety. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
