This is a next-generation cleaning machine equipped with our own waterproof column robot, integrating three functions: transportation, cleaning, and drying, into one unit. Despite being equipped with a robot, the machine width is only 1,000mm. By saving space and automating processes, it can significantly enhance our customers' productivity.

■ Integration of Three Functions into One Unit A waterproof column robot handles the workpiece, integrating three functions—transportation, cleaning, and drying—into a single unit. This achieves both space-saving and automation. ■ Small-Scale Processing and Cleaning Line A long-stroke robot (with a reach of 1,000mm in front, left, and right directions) accesses adjacent processing machines to grasp and transport workpieces. A cleaning machine can be incorporated into the processing line. ■ Consolidation of Maintenance Area Maintenance equipment is consolidated at the rear of the machine, allowing processing machines to be placed adjacent on both sides. Regular maintenance tasks, such as filter replacement, can be completed by simply opening a single door at the back. ■ Elimination of Daily Inspections through Sensing Production information of the workpieces and parameters related to equipment maintenance can be transmitted to upper systems or analysis PLCs. This reduces the hassle of daily inspections.
