This was the process in a certain factory, but with our proposal, we changed it to automatically send inspection results to a management system. This resolved issues related to paper usage, personnel allocation, and input errors. Since data communication is done wirelessly, it does not interfere with the production line space, ensuring safety as well. **Development Case 2: Remote Reading of Water Meters** In order to bill for water usage, we used to visit homes to read water meters, but we enabled the water meters to connect to the internet, allowing readings to be done online. This eliminated the need for personnel to walk around the city for readings.
