Common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 30kV/μs / Maximum propagation delay time of 55ns over the operating temperature range.
The ACPL-M75N utilizes LED and CMOS IC technology to achieve excellent galvanic isolation at data rates of up to 15MBd. The internal Faraday shield provides guaranteed common mode transient voltage immunity of at least 30kV/μs. The basic components of the photocoupler are a high-speed LED and a CMOS detector IC. The detector IC includes a built-in photodiode, a high-speed transimpedance amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver. *If you are having trouble with EOL, please consult us.
