Unlike the baking process of fluororesins such as PTFE and PFA, there is no need to request a specialized factory for application; it can be easily applied in your own manufacturing facility. The coating liquid is non-flammable and classified as a non-hazardous material under fire safety laws, allowing for safe application without legal restrictions. Surrounding facilities such as ventilation and lighting do not require explosion-proof measures. Additionally, it is not classified as an organic solvent under the Industrial Safety and Health Act and has low odor, so there is no need for environmental monitoring or regular organic solvent health checks for workers.
