[Example] Non-stick property on metal surfaces = Prevention of dirt on photomasks
Floro Surf FG-5093
When FluoroSurf FG-5093 is applied to a metal surface, it becomes a non-stick surface, preventing dirt and adhesives from adhering. Samples are currently available for corporate clients only.
When FluoroSurf FG-5093 is applied to metal, it imparts non-stick properties to the surface. Non-stick means that tape, adhesives, and other contaminants are less likely to adhere and are easy to remove. When applied to semiconductor photomasks with a 1:1 scale, it becomes less likely for contaminants from photoresist to adhere. Moreover, this property is durable, allowing it to maintain its performance over a long period. Additionally, the coating film is an extremely thin layer of about 10 nanometers, so it does not cause any issues even if it adheres to the mask openings. 【Reasons to Choose FluoroSurf FG-5093】 ■ The effect of fluorine allows for easy removal of contaminants ■ Transparent thin film has minimal impact on appearance ■ Easy to apply on-site and air dries at room temperature ■ Durability of over one year ■ If the effect diminishes, simple reapplication restores performance Other examples are also included! *If you would like a free sample, please include "Sample Request" in your inquiry.

basic information
FloroSurf FG-5093 is a low-viscosity liquid, making it easy to apply with a brush, cloth, or spray gun. After application, it naturally dries in about 10 minutes, forming a non-stick surface. Unlike the baking process of fluororesins such as PTFE and PFA, there is no need to request a specialized factory for application; it can be easily applied in your own manufacturing facility. The coating liquid is non-flammable and classified as a non-hazardous material under fire safety laws, so there are no legal restrictions, allowing for safe application. Surrounding facilities such as ventilation and lighting do not require explosion-proof measures. Additionally, it is not classified as an organic solvent as defined by the Industrial Safety and Health Act and has low odor, so there is no need for environmental monitoring or regular organic solvent health checks for workers.

Our company, Fluoro Technology Co., Ltd., is a specialized manufacturer focusing on the following: * Fluorine-based water-repellent and oil-repellent coatings * Non-flammable conformal coatings (moisture-proof coatings for substrates) * Dry release agents, aerosol-type fluorine release agents * Anti-fouling (fingerprint prevention) coatings We are flexible and responsive to your company's needs. While there are many fluorine-based compounds available as high-performance materials, we specialize in room-temperature coatings that possess functions such as water-repellent, oil-repellent, anti-fouling, moisture-proofing, and release properties. Our company synthesizes fluorine resin components in-house, allowing us to manufacture fluorine-based coatings and water-repellent and oil-repellent treatments. This enables us to provide detailed customization of resin properties and changes in solvent specifications. Additionally, we have accumulated a wealth of technical information regarding usage methods and applications, which we can provide for various purposes. Please note that our products do not contain regulated substances (PFOS, PFOA, PFHxS, and long-chain PFCA with C8 or higher).
