Sterilization Grade Air Filter "(P)-SRF-C"

The (P)-SRF C filter element for safely and aseptically filtering compressed air and gases used in processes meets the advanced requirements of the food and beverage industry and the pharmaceutical industry, and can be used with confidence even under very harsh operating conditions. The depth filter media and components comply with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requirements for indirect food contact, "CFR Title 21 (211.72 latest version)" and "(EC) No. 1935/2004." The retention rate is over 99.99999995% for particle sizes of 0.2µm and 0.02µm. To ensure the integrity of products and processes, it efficiently retains bacteria, viruses, and particles down to 3 nm (nanometers). Its robust mechanical performance, capable of withstanding high temperatures, contributes to minimizing production downtime and maintenance costs. It is suitable for sterilization processes using VPHP (vaporized hydrogen peroxide) and ozone.
