The (P)-SRF V filter element, used for safely and aseptically filtering air or gases used in vent applications and processes, meets the advanced requirements of the food and beverage industry as well as the pharmaceutical industry, and can be used with confidence even under very harsh operating conditions. This product is developed for sterilizing filtration from air or gas in vent applications where CIP (Clean-In-Place) reagents are applied. To ensure the integrity of the product and process, it efficiently retains bacteria, viruses, and particles down to 3 nm (nanometers). Its robust mechanical performance, designed for high temperatures, contributes to minimizing production downtime and maintenance costs. It is suitable for sterilization processes using VPHP (vaporized hydrogen peroxide) and ozone. The retention rate is over 99.99999995% for particle sizes of 0.2 μm and 0.02 μm. The depth filter media and components comply with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requirements regarding indirect food contact, specifically "CFR Title 21 (211.72 latest version)" and "(EC) No. 1935/2004."
