We would like to introduce a case study on solving customer issues. When introducing new production equipment, there was a need to enclose the installation area. In the planned installation space, dust and debris were falling from the upper floors, leading to contamination of the products, which meant that the ceiling also needed to be covered. Therefore, we proposed an enclosure structure using lightweight steel frames and calcium silicate boards, tailored to the shape of the equipment. As a result, by conducting final adjustments on-site, we were able to assemble a booth that ensured the required clearance with the equipment.
