A frame-less, new type of clean panel F I X window.
This is a full flat FIX window that eliminates the frame, aligns the thickness of the clean panel surface and the glass surface, and thoroughly removes unnecessary irregularities. It features double glazing that is aligned to be flush with the wall panels on both sides. It is compatible with clean panels of 40mm to 44mm and 50mm. *Note: A substrate for fitting is required at the panel opening. *Note: The thickness of the glass used will be determined by the thickness of the panel. This FIX window is designed with GMP in mind for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, pursuing ease of cleaning by thoroughly eliminating unnecessary irregularities. By eliminating the window frame itself, it resolves the hassle of regularly cleaning and removing dust and powder that accumulates in the thickness of the frame. Additionally, by using double glazing that has a thickness almost identical to that of the wall panel, there is no step between the panel and the window frame. It is compatible with clean panels from certain manufacturers in the 40mm to 44mm and 50mm range, and as long as the fitting material (concave shape) of the compatible manufacturer's clean panel is present at the opening, it can be easily installed using the included mounting hardware (caulking work is required). *For more details, please refer to the materials.
