Introducing a high heat-resistant grade of silicone rubber film, a thin and flexible epoxy film.
We would like to introduce two unique products developed by our company. "Keiju(TM)" is a high-temperature resistant cushioning material for press applications, created using our proprietary processing technology. It can accommodate ultra-thin thicknesses ranging from 50μm to 500μm and can be reused multiple times. Additionally, we have developed a "Flexible Epoxy Film" that excels in elasticity and flexibility. It is intended for a wide range of applications, including vibration damping for printed circuit boards and shock-absorbing materials for electronic components. 【Features】 <High-Temperature Resistant Cushioning Material "Keiju(TM)"> ■ Dust generation during processing is suppressed as it does not use non-woven fabric. ■ The material is backed, preventing the film from stretching in the plane direction during pressing and reducing lateral displacement. <Flexible Epoxy Film (Development Product)> ■ It has already cured, so it does not have a melting point and will not melt. ■ It does not contain low molecular weight siloxanes. *For more details, please refer to the materials.
