basic information
The Sub-Lite-Wall series heat shrink/non-heat shrink tubes manufactured by Zeus boast the world's thinnest tubes, as fine as human hair. They achieve a wall thickness of 0.0015” with a tolerance of +/- 0.0005”. The Zeus PTFE heat shrink catalog size has an inner diameter of 4.00” before shrinkage and a shrink ratio of 4:1, meeting the AMS23053/12 standard. Our insulators can withstand temperatures up to 500 °F / 260 °C. The Zeus Sub-Lite-Wall tubes are a family of extruded tube products with an ultra-thin size of less than 0.005" (0.127 mm) in thickness. With extremely small tube products available in FEP, PEEK, PFA, and PTFE resins, design engineers in the medical and industrial fields can achieve new performance standards and increase accessible working areas. The Sub-Lite-Wall series heat shrink/non-heat shrink tubes from Zeus have been utilized for decades.
