Previously, embedding conductors in through-holes was considered difficult due to the shrinkage of conductors during firing. However, we have independently developed a paste that controls firing shrinkage and an optimal process, allowing us to supply alumina printed circuit boards with a via structure filled with conductive paste in the through-holes.
