This is a case where we solved problems related to foreign object contamination measures at a food manufacturing site. We decided to thoroughly implement measures against foreign object contamination to further improve quality. Despite the absence of visible dust, there were issues with foreign object contamination, leading the client to consult with Kamata Industries without finding a solution. We proposed a specialized light to visualize and make dust visible. We delivered a user-friendly size of the specialized light, allowing the client to confirm the visualization of dust themselves, identify the causes of foreign object contamination, and achieve their goal of quality improvement (measures against foreign object contamination).
