Measures to prevent resin pellet scattering and waste disposal
At the resin pellet receiving device in the underground pit, pellets were spilling around and causing issues. A submersible pump was installed to drain rainwater that accumulated in the pit, but it was also sucking in the spilled resin pellets, leading to frequent malfunctions. We received a request to implement measures to prevent resin pellet spills, as well as to clean the pit and replace the submersible pump. Issues: 1. There is a significant amount of spillage around the device and inside the underground pit during the acceptance of pellets from the resin pellet transport truck. 2. The rainwater discharge pump in the underground pit was sucking in resin pellets, causing malfunctions. 3. There were difficulties in cleaning the inside of the pit.
