[Case Study on Automation and Labor Saving] Fusion Design of Existing Functions and New Features
As a new device, it utilizes the strengths of the existing machine as a mechanism while incorporating the operators' requests, resulting in an improved cycle time.
We would like to introduce a case where a cleaning equipment company implemented our "Handle Labeling Machine" to solve their challenges. The company had an aging device that affixed labels with the manufacturer's name to the specified position on metal pipe handles, and it was in a state where it could break down at any time and become unusable. With the new device, we were able to retain the strengths of the existing machine while increasing the speed, allowing us to handle the quantities during peak seasons. Additionally, we took into account the requests of the previous operators, which helped reduce their workload. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenges - Aging of the existing device - Demand for improved functionality (speed) and stability ■ Effects - Labels are affixed neatly, and the processing volume has increased - It has become possible to handle quantities during peak seasons - By making slight modifications to the specifications, it can also be adapted for pipes of different diameters, enhancing versatility *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
