Processing time is halved and processing accuracy has improved! We will introduce a case study of long-length processing machines.
We would like to introduce a case study of a long-length processing machine introduced to an aluminum building materials processing company. The company had concerns that their existing production capacity could not handle large orders. At one point, they learned about our machine capable of cutting and machining, and requested a consultation. We proposed the saw-equipped long-length processing machine "FB6000-12ATC-C." As a result, the automation of a series of work processes shortened the workflow, reducing processing time to half of what it was before. By transitioning from manual to machine work, processing accuracy improved, and variations in precision were eliminated. 【Case Overview】 ■ Concern: Existing production capacity could not handle large orders ■ Proposal: A machine that performs both machining and cutting in one unit ■ Effect: Processing time was halved and processing accuracy improved *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
