【Features of this machine】 - The power supply is AC100V, 1.5KW, which is low power and can be used with a household outlet (only for CS45 single-sided heating). - Since it is motor-driven, there is no need for external piping such as compressors for the air source. It can be used anywhere as long as there is power. - Additionally, it produces low noise and vibration, and there is no exhaust, ensuring a good working environment. - It seals using an impulse method, eliminating the risk of burns and excelling in energy-saving measures. - The nozzle type allows for degassing, resulting in shorter degassing times and greater flexibility in the size and shape of the workpieces. - All operations, including heating, cooling, degassing time, and nozzle extension adjustments, can be performed via a touch panel. - The pump box is placed separately, so vibrations do not transfer to the table. - Made of stainless steel, it remains clean and durable over time, with no concerns about paint peeling. - The table features a pin hook type, allowing for height and angle adjustments according to the items being processed. - Degassing with the nozzle type allows for quicker operations compared to chamber types, and the power consumption of the vacuum pump is less than 1/5.
