Release agent for nanoimprint molds, Fluorosurf NL series By applying it to molds for nanoimprinting, a fluorinated compound (perfluoropolyether) is chemically bonded to the mold surface with a layer thickness of about 10 nm, achieving strong adhesion. This enables continuous release, significantly improving the productivity (throughput) of nanoimprint molding. Application can be easily done using methods such as spraying, and it dries at room temperature in 5-10 minutes. It is non-flammable and low-odor, making it safe. Reapplication is also easy. We offer two types: NL-1 for optical nanoimprinting NL-2 for thermal nanoimprinting *Free sample liquid available!
