We are preventing the occurrence of defects in resin thermal decomposition that occur within the injection cylinder!

At Sanetsu Industry, we have established a dedicated storage room for molding materials that is temperature-controlled 24 hours a day. For materials in use, we sew and seal the bags to prevent foreign matter contamination and manage the storage environment. All materials are dried at appropriate temperatures and times, and when necessary, placed in dryers equipped with dehumidification processes to prevent issues arising from resin thermal decomposition within the injection cylinder.
