Aluminum vapor-deposited film used for food packaging and lithium-ion battery packaging. We would like to introduce a cost reduction case from a manufacturing company that has a manufacturing process. The company faced the challenge of wanting to choose a disposal method that is cheaper and has a lower environmental impact. Therefore, we proposed recycling methods through solid fuel production (RPF) and material recycling through aluminum refining, depending on the aluminum content. As a result, we were able to reduce disposal costs by 50% compared to incineration and reduce emissions and disposal costs by 70% through partial monetization.
