This is a non-sanding type of high film thickness primer for metal that can be baked at a low temperature (110°C) while suppressing formaldehyde odor and achieving low odor.
- A high film thickness can be achieved with a single application, with no runs or drips. - It has an ultra-low odor (about 1/3 of the formaldehyde smell of our conventional products) and is chrome-free. - It is a low-temperature curing type (110°C for 20 minutes), allowing for the use of low-temperature curing melamine for the topcoat. - Both 2-coat, 2-bake and wet-on-wet applications are possible. - There is almost no absorption of the topcoat. - It cannot be used on non-ferrous metals.
