**Fluidized Bed Heating Technology** This technology forms a fluidized bed by introducing sand into a furnace and uniformly supplying air from below, allowing the sand to flow. Heating treatment is then performed by adding non-heated materials to this fluidized state. *Note: A sand-free type that does not use a fluid medium is also available.* **Advantages of Fluidized Bed Heating Technology** ■ High combustion efficiency and energy savings Good mixing and stirring of high-temperature fluid media and non-heated materials result in high combustion efficiency. ■ Large capacity processing with a small footprint It is more compact than a kiln, allowing for effective use of installation space and a reduction in installation time. ■ Clean exhaust gases The treated materials are combusted and decomposed in the fluidized bed and freeboard, with no generation of CO or dioxins.
