We would like to introduce the heat storage combustion deodorization device "Deopo." This device combines the excellent features of conventional heat storage combustion deodorization systems (RTO) with a three-tower and rotary design, packaged into a single unit. It boasts a VOC treatment efficiency of over 99% and a temperature efficiency of over 95%. Compared to conventional models, it has been made more compact by minimizing the volume of the purge section. The device is sized for transport in an assembled state, so for standard units, only local unloading and installation work (connecting piping, ducts, and electrical wiring) are required, allowing for completion in about three days. Additionally, the compact design enables the installation of multiple units in parallel or in different factory buildings, allowing for operation based on the factory's production conditions, which offers benefits such as reduced fuel consumption. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
