We propose the automation of the "Insert Supply Machine" for automating insert molding with horizontal molding machines, which is difficult to supply manually. It supplies two types of insert parts (hardware) in quantities of 10 to 20 within a molding cycle of 60 seconds. By adopting a SCARA robot, we achieve increased speed and reduced labor.
