We propose the automation of the "Insert Supply Machine" for automating insert molding with horizontal molding machines, which is difficult to supply manually. Supply two types of insert parts (metal fittings) in quantities of 10 to 20 within a molding cycle of 60 seconds. By adopting a SCARA robot, we achieve high speed and labor savings.
