In its "raw" state before heat treatment, it has good workability for bending and other processes, and after heat treatment, it possesses strength comparable to steel. The heat treatment is a type of quenching known as precipitation hardening (also referred to as aging treatment), which differs from other spring materials. This product also undergoes heat treatment after spring forming to achieve the specified strength. The heat treatment temperature is 315 degrees, requiring temperature control within ±5 degrees, so a temperature-controlled batch furnace is used.
