Black soybean polyphenol "Chronocare" is now a functional food ingredient with double health claims!
Fujikko Co., Ltd. submitted a notification to the Consumer Affairs Agency regarding functional labeled foods related to "maintaining the elasticity of blood vessels" and "reducing fatigue," with "black soybean polyphenols" as the functional ingredient, which was accepted in 2021. Our company has developed black soybean polyphenol "Chronocare" and has conducted various functional studies to date. Previous research has clarified that "Chronocare" exhibits antioxidant effects that reduce oxidative stress in the body and demonstrate functional benefits such as improving endothelial function and metabolic syndrome. In the future, we plan to continue developing new functional labeled foods containing black soybean polyphenol "Chronocare," as well as promote the sale of materials for beverages and supplements as functional food ingredients. We won the Bronze Award in the Food Ingredients category at the "Wellness Food Award 2022"! For more details, please refer to the PDF document. Company information
Fujikko Co., Ltd. is a company engaged in the manufacturing and sales of various food products. Starting with "kombu" at its inception, it has expanded its business to include "beans," "desserts," and "yogurt," while always being mindful of health and deliciousness. The company is committed to the quality of ingredients, additive-free preservation techniques, and the pursuit of food safety and security. Furthermore, Japan is now said to be a country with a high prevalence of lifestyle-related diseases, but we are confident that the health benefits of soy isoflavones, black soybean polyphenols, dietary fiber and minerals from kombu, and lactic acid bacteria from Caspian Sea yogurt, which we have clarified through our foundational research, will contribute to the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases in the future.
