We will be exhibiting at the "Food Development Expo 2024" held at Tokyo Big Sight. This exhibition is a specialized event related to the four major themes of food: health, taste, safety and quality, and food longevity. Additionally, we are scheduled to hold a seminar on October 24 from 11:30 to 11:50 in the PC venue, titled "Femcare Functions of Soy Materials - Introduction to Isoflavones for 'Skin' and Black Soybean Polyphenols for 'Sleep' & 'Cold'". Fujikko Co., Ltd. has submitted a notification to the Consumer Affairs Agency regarding a functional food product that utilizes "black soybean polyphenols" as a functional ingredient to "reduce transient fatigue and temporary daytime drowsiness," which was accepted on December 5, 2022. The functional material "ChronoCare," extracted and refined from black soybean seed coats, contains over 58% polyphenols (with low molecular weight proanthocyanidins as the main component) and has very high antioxidant properties. In the future, we plan to develop new functional food products utilizing this functionality and promote the sale of materials for beverages and supplements as functional food ingredients. Our company will be exhibiting at the "Food Development Expo 2022" held at Tokyo Big Sight. As a main exhibit, we will showcase our joint research with Daicel Corporation announced in June, titled "Improvement of skin function (stratum corneum moisture content, transepidermal water loss, skin viscoelasticity) through the combined intake of soybean isoflavones and lactobionic acid," at a joint booth with Daicel.
