A study was conducted on 24 men and women who reported feeling fatigued, administering 100 mg/day of ChronoCare SP-60 for 4 weeks. The participants underwent a test that imposed fatigue through a 2-hour mental workload (display work). As a result, it was observed that compared to the placebo group, ChronoCare SP-60 had a mitigating effect on the increased drowsiness caused by computer work.
