Kaneko Medix has achieved stable manufacturing of SUS304 ultra-fine cannulas with diameters of φ0.18×φ0.09 (34G). In particular, we have improved the issue of internal surface closure after about a year since the start of manufacturing experiments, and we can now stably produce a grinding angle lancet of Min10° with a total length of up to 12mm. Additionally, we can also provide dual-end needles with flat polishing on the other end, making them suitable for subcutaneous drug injection fields such as insulin administration.
