We are using PP because hinge characteristics are required. Due to poor release properties, we apply a release treatment to the mold (approximately 20 cm in total length). Due to the complex shape, variations in filling are likely to occur, and for such complex products, we reflect the results of flow analysis in mold production. *We determine the gate position using flow analysis. Production is carried out at our Miyazaki factory.
