In our association's support projects, we assist not only with agricultural, forestry, and fishery production but also with processing and distribution sales, integrating these efforts. We help develop sixth-sector industrialization by fostering collaboration between agricultural, forestry, and fishery producers and government and commercial entities. We support initiatives that expand the possibilities of agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, including product development, processing operations and hygiene management, design of processing facilities, equipment proposals, and restaurant management. Additionally, we proactively address barriers to participation in overseas exhibitions and market development, ensuring that ingredients are delivered to countries around the world in the appropriate condition and through the correct transportation methods. The association conducts research on cooking methods, cooking equipment, and food hygiene related to food in Japan and around the world, and aims to contribute to the improvement of dietary life in Japan and globally by providing advice and guidance to stakeholders in the food manufacturing and restaurant industries. To achieve a "rich life" filled with smiles for people through diverse food experiences, we will contribute to society through "food" by focusing on three pillars: research projects, training projects, and support projects.
